'Rooms are smaller, older and less maintained than what is shown on photos. Access inside the building, then reaching to elevator than to the room again is a kind of challenge every time. Concept of self service hotel sounds nice, but the building and the surroundings are not structured around it. One more note for self service concept: if something happens to your cell phone after 18:00 (even ran out of charge), you can be in great trouble.'
