'This unit is amazing. Admittedly, we were a bit unsure about the location behind a laundromat, but it proved to be safe and easy and the laundromat actually proved to be very useful. Inside, everything is beautiful, clean and comfortable. There are plenty of supplies in the kitchen. We wish we could have stayed longer. '

'We arrived at the property at 10 PM on Friday night. Cleveland had several previous days over 90 degrees. When we entered the third floor unit, it was like an oven – much warmer than the 84 degree outside temperature. The air unit in the living area was turned off. There was no unit in the bedroom at the far end of the apartment. There is no way that the unit could cool the area to a habitable temperature in any acceptable timeframe. 'The Dapper Delaware is a very nice, clean, cozy & quiet house, in a quiet neighborhood. Very close to the highway for easy access to East & West side activities in the greater Cleveland area. The only downfall to our stay was no access to do laundry and very limited towels & blankets. Overall it was a great property that we would definetely stay at again for a long weekend.'
