'Friendly desk staff and always greeted me professionally with courtesy and genuine concern about my stay. Breakfast was way below par. Overpriced for self service buffet with powdered eggs, fruit and cereal. No waitress service (at least when I was there), many of the menu options and coffee were emptied without sign of any restocking. '

'The staff (Paige especially) was so accommodating and personable. She fixed an issue with my booking with urgency and professional assistance. The hotel was perfect for a base for me while visiting family. The price was worth the distance from my family and the bed was awesomely comfortable after some long days. The breakfast smells wafting up the stairs was soooo good. I’m an early riser so there was always food early. Coffee and breakfast was a nice perk that I was grateful to have to start...

'Charles greeted us at the valet stand and thus began our awesome experience with the staff at Scottsdale Marriott at Mcdowell Mountain. He directed us to check-in and we were greeted by a smiling young lady named Morgan. We we're a little early but our room was ready and she quickly got us checked in. Room was spacious. We got changed and headed to the pool. The pool needed a quick skim but it wasnt enough that we didnt enjoy it. We headed up to the restaurant/bar to grab a quick snack. Ordered...

We were pleased with the comfortable beds, cleanliness and variety of amenities and restaurants offered on site. The spa and spa pool were heaven and allowed us to finally relax.
