'We enjoyed staying in this dog-friendly Tahoe Donner vacation home. It was comfortable and nicely apportioned. We really appreciated that all the windows and slider had operational screens and that there were free-standing fans available! Many of the homes we have rented have not had screens (to allow for afternoon cooling without attracting moths and mosquitos in). We also appreciated access to the garage to store our bikes safely. 'The house is super retro cute and a great location, near the Pub, beach, and ice cream. The only downside is that I'm a sensitive sleeper and got woken up a few times in the night by loud trucks or motorcycles coming down from the Pass, but it was minimal (and just me affected!). 'This "cabin" is an architectural fantasy of design and architecture. It has all the amenities one would ask for. The decor theme was "rustic cabin" on steroids throughout. The sauna was huge, the master suite was delightful. I really enjoyed the shower and tub. The heat pump hydronic heat kept the place comfortable. If you have your passes you can ski in. You can enjoy all the Northstar HOA amenities during your stay. I would recommend this place to anyone!'

'We had a wonderful stay here this weekend -- this was the perfect space for our group of two families (four adults and four kids). The house is well-appointed and even nicer than pictured.
