'Comfortable, nice room, beautiful sea view, friendly staff'

'De kamer was uitgerust met 2 keukenstoelen. Gezien ons lange verblijf werden op dringend verzoek 2 gemakkelijke fauteuils en een tafeltje bijgeplaatst. De airco werd op dringend verzoek pas de 2e dag aangezet.Italianen houden niet van koude kamers was het excuus. Het ontbijt was magertjes met veel cake en taartjes. Eieren werden echter op verzoek verstrekt.Het personeel was overigens zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De kamer werd goed schoongehouden.'

'Hyggeligt at bo i et gammelt kloster, lidt anderledes men dejligt roligt, så man kan kunne få pulsen ned. Vi elskede det omkringliggende område og personalet var behjælpelig med at fortælle om den gratis shuttlebus der kørte rundt i byen.'

'I enjoyed our stay at this property, immensely. The managerial staff was attentitive and helpful (thank you, Francesca). The room was spacious, clean, and had all the amenities my family required. It was extra convenient having a grocery store and a cafe/bakery located adjacent to the lobby. The only thing that was slightly inconvenient were the lack of sidewalks, leading away from the facility. I was required to rent a car in order to navigate around the Santa Severa area. 'We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at HA hotel, the staff were super friendly & helpful, the hotel was extremely clean & had excellent facilities. The pool was fantastic & having access to the paddle court was a bonus. We enjoyed a lovely meal in the restaurant. The view from the terrace & rooms was the icing on the cake. Thank you to all the staff for making our holiday so enjoyable '
