'In august/september 2022 we had a great vacation in The Old Olive Tree. The house is beautiful and well equipped with plenty of room for the family. The garden (oriented on the south) is nice and big, offering shade and sunshine. The large p;ool is fantastic for a cool-down and fun. The BBQ and outside dining space are perfect. The staff maintaining the house (Mario for the garden and pool (daily) and Meri for the linen) do a great job and are efficient. We didn't see Mario as he did his work...

'We were staying at a beautiful house situated on top of a mountain with stunning views. The location was absolutely breathtaking, with panoramic views of the surrounding landscape. The house itself was spacious and well-appointed, with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The highlight for me was the gorgeous pool, which was the perfect spot for relaxation. 'Wij hebben 2 weken doorgebracht in deze mooie locatie net buiten Viterbo. De eigenares en haar medewerkster waren heel behulpzaam en gastvrij. Het huis is volledig ingericht met alles wat nodig is en het is heel goed gelegen op een groot domein met olijfbomen en wijngaard waardoor rust gegarandeerd is. Er is een groot zwembad met veel ruimte errond met vele lounge- en relaxzetels. We kunnen deze locatie warm aanbevelen. '

'Wonderful place to stay! Extremely friendly host. The property is so beautiful. Right on the lake. We made coffee and sat on the black sand beach in the mornings, and painted near the beach in the evenings. The kids played in the nice, clean pool. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the town of Bolsena was a 5 minute drive, with plenty of options for food. We chose this location for access to Terme di Saturnia (1 hour drive) and Civita Di Bagnoregio (30 min drive). We found our stay here...

'Schönes altes Haus mit riesigem komplett eingezäunten Garten. Wir waren mit Hund und Kindern für eine Woche in Lubriano. Das Haus hat alles was man braucht und in dem Garten mit dem tollen Pool kann man sich super entspannen und Zeit verbringen. Wenn man aktiv sein möchte gibt es viele Ausflugsmöglichkeiten.'

'Complete tranquility in the Italian countryside. Cecilia, our host, met us to show us the way to this amazing country house, full of character which had everything you could possibly need. She had also bought shopping for us which was so appreciated when we arrived early evening after a long day travelling. Perfect location near the train line to Rome and plenty of shops and restaurants is the neighbouring towns. Plenty to do at the house though, the pool was amazing and also the table tennis...

'Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt in dem kleinen Stadthaus. Die Lage im Altstadtkern ist einmalig. Der Ausblick von der Rückseite des Hauses auf den Lago di Bolsena ist umwerfend. Restaurants und Lebensmittelläden sind in Fussweite. Montefiascone ist ein guter Ausgangsort für Ausflüge in die Umgebung (Viterbo, Orvieto, Etruskische Ausgrabungen in Vulci oder Norchia, uvm, ...). 'Marco and Sara were both great at communicating the check-in/check-out process. The location was close to Civita walking bridge and Bagnoregio is a quaint city. Le Vie Del West is a sushi restaurant that turned out to have some of the best rice noodle dishes that we’ve had. The house was clean and had a piano our son enjoyed playing. There were also treats left for us which were a welcome site. '

'Prijs - kwaliteit dik in orde. Iedere kamer met eigen badkamer. Alles aanwezig, in kamers en materiaal in keuken. Rustige locatie. Jammer : Bij aankomst op zaterdag om 16 u waren ze nog bezig met kuisen. '

"Wat een prachtige locatie zeg, echt wauw!! Mooie natuur, lekker rustig en het personeel is waanzinnig vriendelijk. Je wordt goed ontvangen en netjes geholpen. Kamers worden elke dag opgefrist en we krijgen nieuwe handdoeken. Super fijn! Ontbijt zit bij je boeking inbegrepen. Het is luxe, maar heerlijk. Keuze uit broodjes, jam, vleeswaren, kazen, fruit, cake, taart, croissantjes, yoghurt en muesli. Er is nog wel meer maar dat is om zelf lekker te ontdekken :) We hebben hier een week gezeten in een klassieke kamer. De kamer is groot genoeg en alles is aanwezig, de airco werkt super en we hadden een prachtig uitzicht. Zeker een aanrader!"
