'I prepaid for the booking using OneKey cash but the hotel charged me for the room when they swiped my card for incidentals. I was told the pending charge would go away but it posted to my account while my receipt from the hotel reflects the fact that I prepaid through Expedia. I cannot get anyone to answer the phone at the hotel to discuss the issue and refund the charge.'

'Een overnachting zoals je van Quinta kan verwachten, niets meer en niets minder. Wat tegenviel was de geluidshinder van de highway recht tegenover de kamer. En het rolgordijn stelde niets voor, waardoor het gewoon licht bleef in de kamer. Verduisterende gordijnen zouden hier op zijn plaats zijn. Waarschijnlijk kunnen die dan ook het verkeerslawaai dempen. '

'Parking was great once you figured out to check in and then use the other entrance to park in the back where there was more parking. I don't know about laundry. The room was fine and there was as much coffee as you needed. Being near the highway meant it was easy to get to it with GPS but it could be noisy when trying to sleep.'

'I was put in a room with mold and residue on the shower and vanity top. Also had gum on the bathroom floor with dirt. I was moved to another room and seen they had people working on the room I was previously in. Which makes me wonder why they would sell me that room in the first place. There was also mold and water damage to the ceiling in the bathroom. After being moved to 3 different rooms I was not accommodated because I booked through Expedia. '

'The pool was dirty. Had a loose light floating in the pool. The beds were dirty and the shower was leaking '

'Rooms smelled like mold and old carpet. the picture on Expedia Were more then likely taken by a professional or very very enhanced. The pool water was green wreaked of bleach .our bathrooms leaked water all night and it was pretty loud. my toilet seem to have black maybe mold around it. the only ice machine they had was broken. over all the smell of the room was very gross.'

'Honestly, this place I would not recommend it had bedbugs. It was dirty. The towels had stuff on them. When I pulled down the bedsheets. There was hair all in the bed. It just was very bad poor conditions. There’s no breakfast in the mornings like advertised oh, and did I mention the big big bed bugs'

'Paid for a balcony room and they sold out. I was given a regular room that would have been 50 dollars cheaper and they couldn't refund me or give me the difference because I booked through Expedia. The whole reason I chose that hotel and paid more was for the balcony. The hotel promised me a refund through Expedia and I talked to them and Expedia several times but they only blamed each other. I travel a lot, bad experience! '
