'During the week in Bristol, there is virtually nothing going on except for the next door Birthplace of Country Music Museum and a few bars and maybe some restaurants. The hotel is beautiful and the rooms are nicely appointed. One of the most comfortable beds and pillows ever!! Only room complaint is the distance of the wall lamps next to the bed. The rooftop bar is nice, but drinks are less than exciting. Restaurant not worth the time.'

'I very rarely leave a less than stellar review when I am traveling but I was not impressed by this hotel or its staff. Apparently they checked me in to the wrong room. We checked in after 10pm so the moment we got in to the room we showered, brushed teeth and climbed in to bed. The front desk called up and told is we were in the wrong room and acted like it was my issue to solve. They also expected us to pack up our stuff and change rooms to the correct one. 'We had some issues checking in, and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful in quickly resolving the issue. My only complaint is the gym, which is tiny and where much of the equipment was damaged or not working at all. But that's an easy thing to fix, and overall we had a great experience.'

'Beautiful room and good breakfast but we come to sleep and that's a problem! Its like your bed is standing on the highway between the two roads! I think their is any isolation.'
