Having stayed here multiple times for extended days, I find it hard to over look the ice machines to be out of service on several floors and pool and spa are not working nor is any work being done on them, must ask staff for water, none left in room. For price believe property needs better management IMO .'

'I had the most wonderful interactions with the greeting staff. I'd been traveling all day with a very energetic toddler and the desk clerk was SO very kind! My doordash made it to the hotel before I did. She was kind enough to take my food from the Dasher and seal it so my dinner stayed warm. Check in was a breeze. I also was able to order a much needed bottle of wine brought right up from room service. My room was very clean and quiet despite the hotel being pretty full with other guests....
