'The Wenjing is one of the better hotels if you have to visit Tsinghua or Beijing university. A bit dated though. For some reason this time the breakfast was included in the price, normally this costs a fortune. If you do not have to be around here I would take another hotel in the city centre, you can get better value for money in Beijing.'

'This hotel is at an amazing location. It’s close to a very famous Hu Tong, which is Tong Luo Gu Xiang. Only a few minutes walk, then you can easily spend a few hours walking up and down the Hu Tong, with lots of shops and food on each side. I am amazed how this hotel is located in the center of the city, but the night is absolutely quiet. The hotel staff is excellent. 'Firstly, I was booking non smoking room but it was smoking smell in the room while I checked room 1218, although I have double check with the staff before checking in. I talked about the issue to the front desk then asking me to move to 1607 ( non smoking room) on the second day. I have spent time to move this 1607 by myself. Finally, this room was ok. Secondly, regarding swimming pool, they asked the guest to purchase their swimming cap to swimming, guest cannot swimming without swimming cap....
