'I have to say the rooms, furnishings & cleanliness were nice ....except 2 hot dogs & a gross pizza box were inside the microwave. Out mission in Cleveland was for our daughters heart procedure at Cleveland Clinic. When we were up at 5am, I went to make coffee and the coffee can was empty. ( the coffee was replaced the night before we left but power outage prevented us from making any). We gathered our belongings & headed to stairs. My daughter could not carry/ lift due to post op orders)...

'Andrea was such a great host! The home is located in a beautiful neighborhood that was perfect for walking and running. It’s also close to so many amenities making it super easy to navigate when you aren’t use to the area. The home was clean and provided everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. The only thing my daughter suggested was a full body mirror! HahaThank you again for having us, we will be back!'

'The apartment was spacious, clean and comfortable for me, my husband and my adult son. It was a good location near Case Western and museums. There was a grocery store around the corner which was nice for quick bites. We didn't cook but the kitchen seemed to have the basics. A good place to land after a day of activities. The host was very responsive to our questions.'

'Beautiful clean apartment. Just perfect for my husbands recovery from open heart surgery. Lovely library downstairs. Very convenient to restaurants, parks, and all the lovely things about Cleveland. Would stay again “in a heartbeat.”'

'The unit itself was cozy, clean, and in a great Little Italy location. The host was communicative and professional throughout the stay.During our visit, there was significant street construction directly outside the property that made parking and accessibility challenging. While I understand this was outside the host’s control, it would have been helpful to have advance notice given the extent of the disruption.I also booked this listing in part because it appeared to include a desk/workspace...

'Upon arriving to rental after a 14 hours drive, we were directed to paid parking 9 min walk time. going into the rental everything looked okay at first. After settling I noticed, The stove was rusty and nasty, the house is infested with ants , a BIG stain on the couch , black hair (a lot of it) in the bed under the top sheet. ( I have red hair) The house was about 80 degrees so I messaged my host and I was told there was supposed to be a window unit in the living room and 2 in the bedroom,...

'It was the perfect location to be with my family member having surgery at The Cleveland Clinic. Very clean, safe, and home away from home during a stressful time for my family. Would highly recommend!'
