'Great stay. Cosy clean place.'

'Property was ok for the price. It listed that it has air conditioning which it does but only one window unit and it is in the main living room which is completely separate from the bedroom. There is a ceiling fan but it did not help. Needless to say it was hot especially being on the second floor of the building.'

'Arrived to overgrown front yard and grocery cart/furniture in parking lot. Entered second story apartment up an unlit staircase to a hollow door with a kitchen cupboard handle to open. The apartment was hot. No air. Blinds broken. Attempted to turn on ceiling fan in living room and it made an awful noise. WiFi password wasn’t working. 'Creative use of space. Walking distance to several restaurants in little Italy and CWRU campus. '

'Parking can be tricky. We did manage to find parking but due to the area’s narrow roads (which makes it unique) that wasn’t a surprise. Great stay and walkable to Little Italy coffee shops and restaurants!! '
