'The graduate in Seattle was one of the most disappointing stays. I've ever had in Hilton property. There are no telephones in the room. The television does not get basic cable channels so when you wanna watch local NBC ABC basic channels that are not available, you can't stream to the TV unless you have an android phone location of the hotel is suspect I get that it's in a urban environment however seems very sketch very disappointing. Stay for Hilton property. I would suggest that the graduate...

'Erg fijn hotel. Wel wat ouder vibes dan op de foto. De lobby etc zijn wat in oude stijl, beetje donker en oude stoffering. Kamer is dan wel weer modern . Erg comfortabel bed. Ruime kamer. Heerlijke kamer. Genoten van mn verblijf. Personeel is wel beetje onpersoonlijk. Wel zakelijk vriendelijk. Ideale locatie'

'Not full handicap parking on site. My full size vehicle was too tall. Was able to find street parking around the corner. I couldn’t shut down the in room HVAC. The heat/ac was off but the fan continued to run all night sounding like running water. Kept waking up from the noise. I couldn’t get the desk lamp to work. For the cost, I didnt expect issues but it was for only one night. It was just close to the venue and wanted to feel safer than other choices.'

'The staff was welcoming and helped us with our requests promptly. We appreciated the upkeep of an old hotel with a history. The only issue was that the heaters in the room didn’t work, but they sent up space heaters immediately, when we told them about the issue. The restaurant was convenient and the food and service were excellent. Also, close to the hospital and downtown - convenient!'
