'One of my favorite places to stay! A little drive from the Airport but close to a local general store in Makawao. The hibiscus room is a private room facing the mountain and is absolutely peaceful. Everything needed to cook is readily available and the restroom/shower facilities are clean and available inside the lodge. Plenty of activities and amenities to enjoy the property; including hot tub, ping-pong, Cornhole and fire pit. The owners and staff are very friendly and make sure you are taken...

'Het was een prima complex. We hadden 2 verschillende kamers omdat we tussendoor een nachtje in Hana waren. De 2e kamer vonden we minder, het was een upgrade volgens de vrouw bij de receptie maar zo voelde het niet. In de aparte slaapkamer stond de airo naast je hoofd, niet te doen. Verder genoten van ons verblijf en van Maui. Erg om nu de nieuwsberichten te lezen over alle branden. '

'The cottage was perfect for a couple. Kitchen was stocked with useful items to allow cooking and eating on site. Sydney was a great host and communicated with us through the tsunami scare in August 2025. She was even gracious enough to let us have additional family members over during the evacuation, as they were staying at a resort on the coast.
