The house itself is just as gorgeous as the setting, with beautiful decor throughout and an amazing layout providing lots of space with beautiful views. Everything was spotless and impeccably maintained. The home was fully stocked with everything we needed, from kitchen essentials to very comfortable beds, making our stay seamless and stress-free....

'Loved the property. Home well-maintained and well-appointed. Clean and comfortable. The kayaks, canoe and dock were our favorites! Trevor, the homeowner was accessible for answering questions or taking care of any issues. On day 1 there was a problem with one of the major appliances and I texted Trevor, who responded immediately and solved the problem quickly. Recommend without hesitation.'

'Three generations (11 of us) stayed for several Thanksgiving days. Played cards & games, went for walks & bike rides, cooked & ate meals together. The house and locale was just what we'd hoped: quiet, away from it all, very welcoming, room for all, comfortable and clean. The bay - so close! - was gorgeous even off-season. There were pretty sunsets and crystal-clear stars in dark night sky. Even the rainy day was lovely - view from the cozy indoors can't be beat. Much gratitude for sweet family...

'Martin's Landing was amazing! Perfect place for multi-generational families. My senior parents were able to stay on the first floor and not have to worry about flights of stairs. We were able to be together in that beautiful kitchen as well as spread out to our own corners. We can't say enough good things about the house and views. We especially enjoyed fishing on the pier and kayaking! Victoria was so nice to work with and let us take our time checking out. We're already planning a next time we...

'Photos are accurate and it was great to have a dock to go out on. It was very peaceful. Unfortunately, we didn’t catch any fish or crabs in late August. House has a comfortable layout. Lots of outdoor games for kids. Communication with the host was easy and timely. Close to Cambridge lighthouse, RAR brewery, and blackwater nature reserve. NOTE: If you plan on cooking with your group, I’d recommend bringing some basics, knives and serving bowls. The kitchen did have good pans, pots and lids. '

'Our family had such a great time in this beautiful home! Having access to the water with kayaks, crab traps, and fishing was amazing. this home was very clean and had a stocked kitchen and plenty of linen. Highly recommend to stay here and look forward to visits in the future!'
