'was not crazy about the location. There was no decent place to take my dogs potty. The breakfast was ok - the room was ok. it's too far out of Vail village'

'Great location, right in Vail Village, albeit a bit noisy. Room was spacious and clean with great storage for personal items. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was better than expected. Hard boiled eggs, muffins, fruit, yogurt, etc. Guests across the hall from us had a very barky dog that we could hear at all hours. There’s no soundproofing in the windows or walls. The ‘fitness center’ was awful. Fortunately, the weather was nice and we were able to get our exercise outside....

'The property was clean, well supplied and maintained. The real problem was that there was no elevator or valet and luggage had to be carried 3-4 flights of stairs. This was noted in the reservation, but much worse for us older people than noted. We will not stay here again until there is either an elevator or valet. Also, the 2nd night that we were there, we had to park even more distance from the resort because they were painting the parking lot. that meant several more uphill flights of...

'This was our second time staying at this location. Great for being close to both of Vails Gondolas for access to the mountain, for our yearly Ski trips. We used the Hotel shuttle for the first time and it was great with quick service and saving on the cost of parking.'
