'Paid a lot of money only to be given a room right next to elevator and was placed in an ADA room ( not ada) when asked about an upgrade they didn’t even make an effort to accommodate us or listen to us. When we arrived our room was muggy and ac didn’t work, again we asked for an upgrade but instead they offered their after hours hvac guy to come to the room to resolve the issue. 'This Embassy Suited was below average compared to others. The breakfast selection was not as great. The rooms were not as clean. The pool area had no towels. One elevator was down the entire stay and parking was $27.99 a night.'

'The property was old and smelled of mildew and mold. We had to switch rooms due to the condition and mold smell. Also the pool looks nothing like the stock photo. The water and smell was that of a basement and was unappealing. There was also no seating there. I wish I hadn’t booked it. '

'The hotel is currently undergoing renovations, but everything was perfect: the rooms are spacious and very clean. The breakfast offers a good variety. I would def stay here again '

'The property is located to many restaurants and the highways. The staff are very friendly. Unfortunately, when we checked into are room the bedroom carpet was soaking wet. Considering that it was Friday evening the maintenance man could not be found. So, I place dry towels to absorb the water, Also, every time the AC unit would turn on it made a Loud noise. Like someone was kicking the door. So, in the middle of the night that was not very pleasant.'

'Pros: Very safe, quiet location with a variety of cool local restaurants (albeit in a mini-mall) that are less than 400 steps away. (Don't miss I Love Kolaches - I don't even LIKE kolaches but their innovative flavors made me a believer. Plus it's the closest place to get coffee). The staff - the women who work the desk are incredibly kind and friendly. Kudos to the younger Indian woman who helped me fasten a necklace for a work event as I was traveling alone and the woman with the short pink...

'We stayed here on a 3 day weekend with a newborn and a toddler it was the most comfortable stay ive ever experienced at a hotel. The king bed was very comfortable and the room itself was spacious and provided everything you might need. The breakfast was delicious and had a wide variety of foods to eat. I personally really liked all the common areas to eat breakfast, do some work or even just to sit & relax at some points the tvs would play the World Cup games so that was nice to sit and watch....
