'We got in just after midnight…the receptionist was very underwhelming. We showered that night and those towels used were the only ones we had the remainder of our stay (except for the few l that were taken and not replaced while we were out for the day. We asked for towels on at least 4 different occasions with no success. The reasoning each time was that “he was washing and drying them” even at 10pm the night before our departure. It was quiet inconvenient to dry off with a hand towel. Water...

'The hot tub was hot but jets didn’t work. There was what appeared to be mold in the ac vents and dust blown on the ceiling above where the vent blew. The ac is very loud. Lots of highway noise. The bathtub wasn’t very clean. The hotel had a run down feel to it. The way the buildings are separated/laid out, we didn’t feel very safe in the hallways at night.'

'This is our second time at this property and this time was even better than the first! Extremely clean & quiet even during spring break! Front desk staff were very kind and welcoming and even informed me of some room upgrades that I may be able to utilize on my next visit. My family and I will definitely be visiting again!'
