'We had a group of ten and the two homes on the property accommodated us quite well. Everyone had their space and we comfortable with the bed and bathroom accommodations. Do note that the pool is ingested so outside of the summer months it will be too cold to use. We had not planned on using the pool but had not noticed until after the booking that it was unheated. 'My friends and I stayed over Memorial Weekend and enjoyed the house and surrounding area! For a group of 7, we comfortably fit, and the driveway was long enough to accommodate 4 cars. The neighborhood was nice and quiet, great restaurants nearby, and easy access to freeways.The area was convenient as we were able to buy last minute things nearby. 'My husband and I stayed here for a long weekend and were very comfortable. This is a small home in a gated compound of 5 units. The gate was a nice touch for added security. The neighborhood was quiet. The house was very minimalist which is all we really needed. The A/C worked really well as we were there during a heat wave, the bed was comfortable and the WiFi was fast. The only downside was that the water took a few minutes to get hot. Overall, a nice stay.'

'The house was extremely clean, except for the area rugs, which needed cleaning. The beds were the best beds I have ever slept in and several family members commented on that also. The back patio needed a good cleaning as well as the cushions on the chairs because we were unable to sit out there due to that. There was a minor problem, and we contacted the host and he had it resolved within two hours. The location is just a few miles from downtown Monrovia. It is ideal. We would stay again.'
