'The only place we stayed that didn't have a confusing missing item or weird design feature. The TV did not have amy streaming services, but good Italian channels. The living room was large and bright, and everything worked. It even has a dryer, which is unusual in Europe. The property manager wasn't very communicative, as I asked three times if a late checkout was possible, and they didn't respond. 'This was such a cute apartment! Giada was wonderful with communicating with us and gave us directions to the property from the bus station in Venice. Even though we arrived on a national holiday, she still came to the property to show us around and let us know where certain stores and restaurants were, this was very much appreciated. 'Very clean, beautifull, FORTUNY room is as it seems in the photos, had good heating, the canal view is not that great but decent for the price, the host let us leave our luggage after checkout, the only down sides is that the city tax must be on cash and that the windows can’t be open all the way to take good photos of the canal. "We had a great stay: clean room, a complimentary bottle of champagne (on ice) in the room, as well as 2 water bottles. The staff was very helpful, kind and can speak several languages fluently. It's literally a 1 minute walk to San Marco square and the staff can help book excursions. Would definitely stay jere again!"
