'Absolutely beautiful, historic hotel. They did an incredible job restoring it and making it over the top welcoming! From the wine and books to the back patio, fruit trees, bicycles, beautiful furniture, fabulous linens, to the personal service and cozy atmosphere... I wasn't sure if I wanted to go explore Tucson or stay in and savor it. Service was lovely, personable, and warm. I look forward to a longer stay next time. '

'I love small boutique hotels like this. Dina is an excellent host and a great cook for a breakfast B & B. Only comment was we visited during the hottest time and there is no a/c in the public space just overhead fans. Can't change that in a historic home though. Interesting decor and everything you could need to be comfortable, thank you'

It was not the cleanest. There was a draft from all the windows and door. The shower didn’t work to well and there was the occasional sewer smell.
We were put at the end next to the parking lot so we didn’t had the beautiful cactus/ patio views that some had and there was a lot off foot traffic of people with dogs. '

Beds were good, shower good.
Room had a fridge and microwave.
Pool looked good but had no time to use it.

The location was ideal, we received excellent recommendations from the concierge (mostly for restaurant advice, but also for info about the local scene), the price was excellent and we were very surprised to find ourselves planted in the roof top bar/restaurant most nights - twice we stayed much later than is common for us.
