'My kids and I stayed at Trevin’s place and had a wonderful time! From check-in to check-out our stay was great. Trevin was a very gracious host and had great communication. 'We initially missed that we were renting a shared property with the owners, which we always avoid. But it ended up working out great! The rental side of the property is set up to where you don’t even realize it’s shared. We liked that both bedrooms were upstairs and had bathrooms attached. Great location relative to our family in Perham and the downtown area. We look forward to coming back during the summer to take advantage of the lake. 'My friend and I stayed at this property over the weekend and surprisingly were able to stay within a 2-block radius the entire time. In one direction you have the lake, beach, and bars/restaurants. In the other direction, you have shops, a cafe, co-op, bookstore, brewery, and restaurants. The house was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. For two women, we felt safe the entire time and had a wonderful stay.'

'We planned on spending our time at the annual Rollag event but found we so enjoyed the property we ended up renting a boat for tubing and hanging out all weekend at this beautiful property. This property is perfect for various ages with seperate areas for quiet naps for little ones, quiet areas for reading a book to a second kitchen on the lower level leading out to the back patio where us adults could visit without waking up the kids.
