'In the beginning there were some technical problems which were solved at the same day. The central heating didn’t function during our stay!! There was a stand alone heater but that was only enough for the living room. It was too cold in the bathroom and the kitchen. We asked for another heater but that would give problems with the capacity of the electricity. The owner shouldn’t rent the house in winter without a functioning central heating!'

'Benefits:- Well-positioned (30 minutes from center of Porto through the bus)- Big accommodation (3 rooms / 4 beds)Drawbacks:- Only one shower for 6 people ...- Broken chair- No coffee machine for 6 people, no toaster (bought during the vacation and refund by the manager)- No light in the staircase (repaired during the vacation)So globally a good apartment but not enough followed by the team in charge of it. 'This property was absolutely perfect for my family of 9 people. Everyone had great rooms (comfortable, spacious and clean) and there were common areas for us to enjoy time together (Library room and the pool/patio).. 'The host was extremely helpful when we needed help and even made a call for us to help with train ticket issues since we do not speak Portuguese well enough. He also sent maps on how to get to a few places. Again very convenient and helpful. I will say it is a little bit of a drive to get to a grocery store. There were some ants and flies but you are next to a farmer’s field and in the countryside so it is normal and to be expected. I would definitely return there and recommend it if you find...
