'Although the parking was convenient and easy, there was a $10 per night charge. The room and bed were comfortable, clean and spacious. The only comment is the carpet in the common area (lobby and hallways) needs to be replaces, overdue. My wife and I had a very nice stay and will definitely return in the future.'

When we told the staff member the following morning he just said 'okay' and no apology or reason. The room was not tidied when we came back the second day.
