'The prior reviews were right - the friendliest, most knowledgeable staff and cleanest rooms around. Our cottage was quaint but perfectly situated by the harbor, with smell of the salt water - classic Cape Cod views of the harbor, wildlife, beaches and boats. The rooms were neat, the kitchen was extremely organized, and the quality of care is unmatched. No lines, no crowed beaches, no commercial noises - just the sound of the waves and seagulls. 'After long search and considerations of staying in a place close to the sea, we booked this motel, because of the ratings and the facilities. It was definitely worth it. We went to different beaches anyway and went out for dinner driving anyway as well, so having this well renovated, modern, clean, hip place as our base, especially with our two kids 4+7, was perfect. The parking lot is guests only and a few cool corners aside from the heated pool and jacuzzi were ideal. They did a great job...

'we loved the place. even though it was not fully opened ,no place to get breakfast or snack . the pools were beautiful and clean . one thing that was a little scarey there were not many people staying there.but we will go back next year as long as they keep the price the same. I would put another chair in the room . no closet just hooks to hang your clothes

'My husband and I had a wonderful stay during the July 4th week. We stayed in a one bedroom on the second floor. The one bedroom’s have a living room / kitchen area separated from the bedroom. The kitchen area includes a large dining table, an apartment size refrigerator/freezer, a toaster, a coffee maker, and all the kitchen plates, bowls, utensils. The one bedroom’s also included two full bathrooms. And a balcony off the family room and one off of the bedroom.

'Our family loved staying at Veranda Cape Cod Family Resort. The property is immaculate, with beautiful gardens, an elaborate breakfast, places to sit outdoors, grill and make s’mores.
