'My room was in the corner. There was a bright light just outside the window that was shining through the blinds, so it felt like daylight the entire night. It was awful. I had to get a towel from the bathroom to cover my eyes so I could get some rest. There is no overnight staff, so if you have late checkin and discover any issues, there is no one to address those issues for you. The parking lot was a little ways down the street from the property. Poorly lit and across the stress from the gas...

'Pros-Check in and check out was super easy and clear. Parking was free and great, we were able to park right by our unit. It is central so close to lots of stuff. Shower was hot and stayed hot for awhile! Host was quick and clear on communication. There is a microwave, small ice box, stove top burner, couple pots and pans. The AC worked well and the TV is big! Bed is comfy but squeaky. Cons The walls are thin so we could everything upstairs and around. The only mirror in there was a small one...

'Net hotel met fijne kamers. Ontbijt was goed, Tevita "the breakfast guy" doet goed zijn werk en is erg aardig! Zwembad en jacuzzi zijn helaas al vroeg dicht waardoor we er geen gebruik van hebben kunnen maken.'

'Pure Hawaii hospitality. Checked our bags until room was ready. (We were Early) Encouraged us to enjoy the pool, Ocean and attached restaurant while waiting. Treated us like favorite guest of the day. Gave us one of the newly refurbished rooms which was fantastic. Got to watch outrigger canoes in the county park next door. All around wonderful experience. Used the shuttle service to the airport. Would stay there again any time. '

'We had a fantastic stay and would definitely come back. The property was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. The location was ideal, close to everything we needed while still being quiet and relaxing. Check-in was smooth and hassle-free, and communication with the host was excellent throughout our stay. Everything was well organized, and we really appreciated the attention to detail. Overall, a great experience from start to finish. Highly recommended!'

'Wij werden ontvangen door Patrick met zijn gulle lach, een lekker lavendel watertje en ijskoud doekje. Het personeel in de Andaz is erg service gericht en vriendelijk. Het hotel heeft een mooi decor. De locatie fantastisch, met strand voor de deur. Erg relaxte sfeer. Andere hotels in Wailea zijn veel drukker. Klein minpuntje - prijzen van de drankjes, eten etc, dit geldt voor heel Wailea.'

'Het was een prima complex. We hadden 2 verschillende kamers omdat we tussendoor een nachtje in Hana waren. De 2e kamer vonden we minder, het was een upgrade volgens de vrouw bij de receptie maar zo voelde het niet. In de aparte slaapkamer stond de airo naast je hoofd, niet te doen. Verder genoten van ons verblijf en van Maui. Erg om nu de nieuwsberichten te lezen over alle branden. '
