'Amazing location, walking distance to the village and Peak 9. Not recommended for walking in ski boots (FYI). Warm jacuzzi, BBQ grill, nearby brewery, shops, the view… what more can you ask for!'

'This location is both a close walk to the ski lift and short walk to downtown Breck, so you get the best of both worlds. Also, I can’t say enough about the communication from the rental company, they made sure we had everything we needed and were always available for help.'

'Incredible location, amazing amenities. Our kids loved the sleds. We loved the ping pong tables, foosball table, and pool table. The place has sooo many levels and stairs which was a little scary for our infant but it all worked out. More than enough beds and rooms for all of us. Sledding right outside the back door was sooo fun and a trip highlight. Amazing response time from the management company anytime we had a question. We really hope this property stays on VRBO because we’re planning to...

'This place was perfect for our group over a long weekend! Spacious house in a nice quiet neighborhood, walking distance to Breck. Only complaint is that some of the beds are not comfortable, something to keep in mind if you are planning a longer stay.'

'Great condo, comfortable and well stocked with everything we needed. Exactly as pictured. Loved being able to use the grill too. Our only disappointment was with the hot tubs. They were very crowded, mainly because only one or two were hot each day. The others were luke warm to cool. From talking to other guests, it seems like this has been an ongoing problem which would have been nice to know ahead of time, as we enjoy using a hot tub after a day of skiing and the availability of four hot tubs...

'We had a great stay at this property! The private hot tub was amazing and the place was just as pictured. Like people said, the carpet can use an upgrade, but still felt clean. The only complaint I have (which isn’t the owners fault) is that this is on the 2nd floor and the 3rd floor neighbors were noisy at times. Having a garage to park in was also a nice bonus!'
