'The location is perfect. Very close to the old downtown area and bike/hiking trail. The beds were extremely comfortable and the fenced in backyard was perfect. A bonus was the family of three red shoulder hawks that made regular visits to the backyard.'

The house has spectacular charm and just sitting in the house for breakfast was a really treat.I highly recommend this rental, especially in the summer due to the very nice swimming pool in the back yard. I gave 4 stars because during our visit the hot tub was slightly low in water level, the water had a noticeable 'off' smell to it, was slightly turbid, and looked like it needed a good cleaning....

'Property description was very generous, i.e. "Newly remodeled" escaped us as to what and where it may have occurred within the space. It appears to have been a retail space previously, which probably explains several things, including both bedrooms not having closing doors, closets/rack to hang clothing, or more than 1 adequate pillow per person. I lost check in procedure and was very promptly answered, which was very much appreciated! Unfortunately room not cleaned when we arrived, after...

'Excellent cottage in Hermann. Gorgeous cottage interior. Living room furniture was comfy and in great condition. Bedroom offered luggage racks (which is always helpful) and we appreciated that small touch. Bathroom is spacious! Lots of small touches that matter. The outside area is wonderful for relaxation. Definitely a 10/10. Exterior well lite if arriving after dark. Loved this cottage.'
