'This apartment was awesome. It was extremely clean, well stocked with everything we needed, and within walking distance of grocceries. The bed and linens were so comfortable and we loved the big couch to lounge on after long days walking around the city. Street parking in the area was ample and safe, and there were several bus stops close by to take you directly into Bologna & train station, about 20-30 min away. 'The airconditioning is not working, I enen suspect that the rooms are not airconditioned, only “fresh air” is been circulated. The shower is vey small, mould is present in cement joint and in some places it is missing. This is definitely not a 4 star hotel, rather a 2 star hotel.'

'Loved the neighborhood, family friendly, great for walking to local amenities. Centrally located between Bologna city and outskirts. Very walkable neighborhood with local restaurants nearby. Fairly easy public parking. '

'It’s a shitholl, everything is old. 2 elevators broken, orange old bathroom, shower broken. Underwear from previous guests was in the shower, we told the frontoffice, the (dirty) underwear was still hanging in the shower when we came back until next day when we left. Dirty sok under the bed from previous guests. Don’t go there. '

'Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Wohnung war ideal für uns. Alles vorhanden, alles funktionsfähig. Der Check-in war unkompliziert. Auch konnten wir unseren PKW in der Nähe ohne Probleme abstellen. Danke!'
