Though in a relatively populated complex, the residents are upscale and the upstairs unit always quiet and peaceful. (Very easy to relax here!) 'There are two things people might want to know before booking this place:- First, the entrance is through the bathroom. That wasn't a big deal since I ended up staying by myself, but I was originally going to stay with a friend-of-a-friend attending the same event as me, which could've been awkward since we might have been coming and going at different times- There's currently a house being built right behind this, so that means construction noise, but that is presumably only temporary.Overall...

'This was a very cozy cottage. Had everything we needed for our weeklong stay. Exactly as the listing stated. Very easy communication with host. I was able to park right outside the house each night. Would definitely want to book this cottage again for future visits. '

And it is a tri-level house which may be good to make clear for those that may have accessibility issues. Upper floors were hard to keep cool with limitations on the thermostat but appreciated the available box fans. TV and internet were excellent.'
