'Good'

'Very clean, very quiet neighborhood!'

'good value for the cost. needed to be cleaner.'

'2nd time staying here, convenient location, would stay here again'

'Just lovely and clean. Close to so many activities. Thank you!'

'Perfect spot for short trip to pinehurst'

'It was easy to get in. The location was ideal. My dog particularly enjoyed the screened in balcony. The only issue we noted is the exterior stairs. One of the steps needs to replaced and moved when we stepped on it.'

'The house was beautiful. We had a great stay, clean spacious and very close to Pinehurst. The use of the golf cart was what made the trip. We had a great girls weekend.'

'Great stay, clean, close to everything, couldn't reccomend enough'

'Terrific stay!'

'We had a stay in town for a golf trip. Great house in a great location!'

'This was the perfect property for our family of 6 adults and 2 children. It is in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to Pinehurst and surrounding a areas. Plenty of parking on the property including a 2-car garage which we didn't use. Description on VRBO is great. In addition, there are plenty of dishes, silverware, pots and pans and supplies for your stay. Finally, our host was very helpful getting us into the property and was good enough to send us an item we had left in the house. ...

'I don’t think it is reasonable to expect guests to clean the place (strip beds, clean kitchen, take trash out) AND be out by 10 AM. I followed the rules but did not think guests should be required to do this for the price.'

'Love this golfer friendly home with the perfect layout and great location. We visited for a quick weekend to play golf at Pinehurst with our son and his girlfriend. We enjoyed the sunroom for college football games in the evening. It was great to have garage access since it was a wet weekend. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. The house had the perfect amount of bedrooms and bathrooms and cool Pinehurst Golf decor. We will stay here again!'
