'Celebrated my birthday in this chalet and I couldn’t ask for a better place! There is (more than) enough space for me and my friends. Staying by the lake was very relaxing, we spent a lot of time in the hot tub just chilling. I appreciate that the kitchen is complete with things that we needed for our dinner. Everything is magnificent. Definitely recommend this place!'

'Everything was exceptionally clean!! The hosts answered any questions in a helpful and timely fashion. The only thing I would mention is that sound is not very insulated! You can hear upstairs everything in the basement-even whispers, the walls are very thin so be mindful of how much noise you make as to not wake others. Thanks to the hosts'

'This unit, on the top floor at the front of a house in Gatineau was beautiful and clean. It's location was amazing. Sitting on the balcony, in comfortable sturdy chairs, watching the Ottawa river flow by was amazing. The beds were comfortable and the unit had all of the conveniences of home. Stephen had thought of everything. We were able to make a dinner for 2 other family members in the large bright kitchen. We did not try the TV. The internet was excellent. Lots of parking behind the house....

'The house is beautiful, very clean and well provisioned. We very much enjoyed our stay. The only downside was that there are about 40 stairs from the parking area to the front door, which was a bit tricky for my bad back and my daughter’s sore hip. So you should be in decent physical health for that. Otherwise it was a fabulous getaway, very relaxing.'

'We were in room 200, which is at the back of the building. The ventilation was terrible - we had smells (food, cigarettes) coming in through the vents, and couldn't open the window when we cooked so all our clothes ended up stinking. The location and facilities were good though - good gym and laundry room was free. Staff were friendly and helpful, except for we asked for some maintenance because our door squeaked and no one ever came. On the sustainability side, the shampoo, conditioner and...

'I am always trying to stay at that condo. Clean, interior parking available, able to cook and my laundry.'

'Never stayed at a hotel without traditional "check in" but the arrival package provided prior was perfect and easy enough to follow. The suite was well appointed and had everything we needed and a few extras! Gym was clean and good range of equipment. Pool and Hot Tub are seasonal so be warned if that's what you want. Great stay overall and will come again. '

'Cottage is lovely, very private, and nicely equipped…except if nighttime temperatures fall below 10 degrees C, when you might bring an extra blanket. Beautiful setting. Enjoyed the wildlife from the deck. Overall, delightful.'

'This apartment was in the perfect location for our vacation. It is an easy 30 minute walk to Byward Market, museums, and Parliament. Amy was responsive when the information regarding access codes was incorrect and ensuring the smoke detector was installed. We would definitely stay here again!'

'The Hotel is located 10min walk from Ottawa’s highlights. No other transportation needed than your legs. Furthermore there is a Fitness Room, swimming pool and small Sauna available. After Sauna visit there is an outdoor terras to cool down slowly. We had a suite for 5/6 people and this was a convenient way of spending our time in this Hotel. (Kitchen + dishwasher is available as well. '
