She checked us out the next day and was just as pleasant. I did not get her name but she was on duty Monday evening July 28 and Tuesday morning the 29th.

'Stay was great after switching my room. Hotel tried to give me a smaller room/bed vs what I booked. The first room had a broken AC, was 80 deg and none of the lights worked. Front desk corrected right away. Been here before so I was surprised at the mishap. New room was normal (great).

'When we chrcked in the lady at the counter was not very friendly and helpful. We had to pay a deposit, but my creditcard did not work. She told me 2 times that it did not work, but did not help me at all. And every time we passed her in the next days and greeted her, she didn't say anything back. Luckily the other people were friendly and helpful.
The room and the bed were great. It was a pity that the windows could not be opened, I like to sleep with te windows open. '
