'This was our first time staying at this hotel, and unfortunately it was a very disappointing experience. We stayed in Room 1411. The phone in our room was not working, which meant that every time we needed to contact the front desk, I had to go into the hallway to use the phone there. When no one answered, I had to go downstairs in person just to request assistance, whether it was to report the broken phone or ask for extra towels and a blanket.
