'We have stayed in several locations around Knoxville while visiting UT Medical. Old City is our favorite, and this loft was clean, comfortable, fun, and steps away from unique dining destinations and a short walk to Market Square. We had delicious dinner at Fiori, and for breakfast we did the short drive to Kern Food Hall and ate at Eggspectation. Definitely recommend a trip to Kern Food Hall. Check in/out was easy, & the host was very patient and helpful when we had a booking glitch on our end....

'Parking was easy and always accessible. The house was clean and roomy. We were attending an event at the convention center and it was very close and convenient!'

'The room was excellent, bed was very comfortable, plenty pillows, sheets and blankets. The host (James Caperton) was very informative, knowledgeable about the property and kept in touch with us.Parking was free right across the street and there were plenty good places to eat (to many lol…) the capitol ice cream shop is a must try!There are plenty shops and things to do in and around the property.We stayed four days and didn’t want to leave!'

'Clean enough and adequate accommodation for 2. Nothing special and definitely not value for money at the highly inflated graduation weekend rate. Building is run down and has a poorly maintained exterior. Communal hallway reeks of cat urine and has cobwebs, beer cans litter the exterior window sills. Appliances functioned and bathroom was alright, but quite outdated and drab. The hospitality company had multiple automated reminders and was overly communicative. So many rules and reminders that...
