'Stayed here for my daughters graduation from The University of Tennessee. Go VOLS :) I wish we had more time as the location is prefect. Easy to get to campus and Knoxville. The location is peaceful and very relaxing. The "tiny" house was perfect. Will definitely book again upon returning to Knoxville. '

'We were surprised that for a very high property fee. There was no ice no ice trays no coffee no amenities on the property at all. Also, GPS does not get you to the property. We had to download an app on our phone and in just reading the description of the property were able to get directions, however those were even wrong as it said to turn it to Phillips 66 gas station and it has been a gas station since 2018 '

'We were greeted by a very friendly cat named Smoky. The place was beautiful! Our son and grandson came to visit and loved being able to feed the horses. We were able to visit family and see Christmas lights in Pigeon Forge. Very peaceful. '

'This place was incredible, so so peaceful well thought out designed. I wasn't able to spend the time id like too. Didnt get chance to go down to the river access like id planned but i did stop and look at it on one morning walk. So impressive. I booked this place for my motorcycle trip the parking was perfect. The entry security gate made me feel safe leaving out for our day rides. It was very clean well preped and the the hot tub after long day ride was heaven. Love love this place and hoping...

'My wife & I stayed at this house for a long Easter weekend while visiting our son at the University of Tennessee. We were 20 minutes from his apartment near campus and the drive to and from this house to campus was simple. The house was perfect for us and our dog. The kitchen has everything one would need. The property is great for walking our dog and sitting outside in the yard enjoying the views. Jaclyn could not have been easier with which to work. We plan to be back!'
