Hotels met roomservice in West Knoxville

'This hotel advertises as nonsmoking. It is far from it. We checked in and stayed for 5 minutes before we left. We ultimately had to check out due to health concerns. We couldn’t even stay the night and they refused to refund us. I would not recommend this location or hotel chain.'

'Roaches everywhere, and don't even let me get started on the bed bugs! 'Not bad at all'

'This hotel is probably one of the worst I have ever stayed in. Got a room with fridge and microwave. The microwave had caught fire and was unplugged, the vent/light in bathroom was rusted and missing cover, tv was busted and greasy, spots all over the floor. Terrible smell. Fridge was busted and not clean. Roach crawled up the wall. Shower also busted and cracked.'
