'The maid doesn’t service your room if you stay for multiple days. I had to take my dirty towels to the front desk and get new towels, Cups and toilet paper. It’s only a couple minutes for a maid to do that but they don’t. Also the breakfast has no eggs or protein just carbs. Otherwise it was great!'

'Easy check in, always love the suite rooms because it makes it feel like an apartment. My room clearly hadn't been cleaned very well. I like to unpack and use the drawers as if I was home. There were random pills in the night stand drawers, one on the floor by the same night stand. The other one, I had to pull out to plug in my Cpap machine into the wall and there was a candy bar on the floor. There were toe nail clippings on the floor near the foot of the bed and by the couch so clearly it...

'There is some potential here but many of the amenities are over looked and not very appealing. For example, a broken down Bobcat is what you’ll be looking at as you sit at the fire pit. Hot tub is luke warm with no way to control temperature. Pretzel appetizer was inedible. And unfortunately if you hope to have a room with a view, many rooms look out to the side of buildings. Our view was the side of a storage shed. They offered to move us to another room overlooking a parking lot…not worth it....

'The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good for the price: they had breakfast sandwiches that could be heated up in the microwave and a machine to make your own waffles. Coffee and juice were good. The facility and rooms were well cleaned but there is an HVAC/ ventilation issue. The main issue that we would want addressed before staying again is that the rooms do not smell fresh-- windows cannot be opened and the rooms smell musty and like mildew. This was a beautiful hotel probably...
