'Catherine contacted me immediately that the studio I had rented was not available but that we could have the adjacent house instead. She moved heaven and earth to make sure we had a king bed ( which is what we wanted). She was very attentive and accommodating. '

'Definitely not a 2 BR and with only 1 TV in LR, did not work well as 2 sperate areas. Cleaning crew did not complete the job well, hair in tub. Linens seemed washed but dingy/stained. Bed and sofas were uncomfortable. Great location. '

'This was not a good stay, the unit was not very clean, we came in late at night for a one night stay, saw lots of ants, heavily stained rugs and there was lots of deferred maintenance in general. The Murphy bed squeaked every time we rolled over or got in and out, the tiny fan was not sufficient and there was no ac, the windows were filthy and did not all operate properly. Overall felt like the owner could do many things to improve the unit. '
