'Josh was super helpful at Check-in. Very accommodating and super polite. The property was heavily used by semi-permanent guests and needed a bit of cleaning. I was there to close out a storage unit, so the accommodation was very adequate with close proximity to good eateries and downtown Kingston. My room was quiet and had everything I needed. All good.'

'There is nothing special about this property but it is FINE if you just need a clean, no frills place to rest your head. It is reasonably priced, too. There was a TV, and a clean microwave and a clean mini-fridge. The busy road is not far, even though the motel is set back, and the rooms are in a line so you inevitably hear the slammed door of your neighbors. Convenient with lots of businesses nearby.'

'Great sleep on our first night.'

'I had to pay to stay elsewhere. It was moldy, smelly, dirty and I was the only person there. The Beekman should be ashamed to book customers in this pit.'

'The exterior of the hotel was filthy. No coffee anywhere on site. The room was very basic but clean enough. Slept well. Would not ever stay again.'

'We had a nice stay at the Black Bear. Great location and Kim was very accommodating.'
