'Place is clean and just far enough off the highway to reduce any noise from the highway room was excellant and everything was clean and well pt together the only issue is one of the two elevators is down for repair hopefully will be repaired before we return in a couple of weeks'

'3rd time here. We like to stop heading up to Virginia from GA. There are so many great restaurants and breweries nearby. The hotel has been consistently clean and staff always prompt, kind, and helpful. Plan to stay again when we pass through Charlotte!'

'The front desk staff treated me as though I were an inconvenience. There were no smiles, and the interaction felt like I was asking for a favor rather than receiving basic customer service. This was, by far, the worst experience I've had at any hotel. My flight was canceled enroute after paying for two nights. I got to the hotel the next day and was told that I have been charged and yet marked as no show. Despite all my explanation, the guy was angrily giving me options likd take it or leave...

'Breakfast bar needs a little update. The meat was not what I expected and the grits were not done; almost raw. There was ham pieces one morning, and turkey sausage the next morning. All looked half done.'

J'ai immédiatement contacté Expedia, qui m'a confirmé que ma réservation n'avait jamais été annulée et qu'elle était toujours active dans leur système. Expedia a également tenté de joindre l'hôtel à deux reprises, sans obtenir de réponse. De plus, leur agente m'a indiqué que l'hôtel avait déjà encaissé le paiement de ma nuit. Malgré cela, l'hôtel a refusé de me remettre...
