Depending on time of day, the check in line is unreasonably long (for the price rates). And there's no room service. Otherwise, very nice facilities. Food is average, nothing special.'

' Normally, I don't write reviews, but my family and I really enjoy being here. This is the second time that we have stayed at this resort. The sensory experience and the layout are both wonderful, and I would recommend this location to anyone who is looking to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city. '

'The staff'

'We had a great time. We enjoyed the amenities, and staff was very friendly. And the room was very spacious. The only downside was the oven didn’t work properly it ruined our dinner , and I didn’t know where the thermostat was in the room. But had I brought it to the attention of staff before checking out I’m sure they would have done something about it'
