'Clean room, good bed, breakfast good and service excellent '

'The size of our unit was perfect for our family and very nicely decorated; the food at Osteria Sierra (in main hotel) was great; the whole property (hotel included) is amazing and Incline Village is a quiet small town on the nothern part of Lake Tahoe. The only downfall is that we stayed for a weekend and we didn’t get fresh towels after the first night. '

'Staff was welcoming and kind, rooms were clean and comfortable beds. Overall hotel was dated but kept up nicely. '

'The room was clean and the host was very helpful and friendly. We hsd an issue with the TV and when we called she was there in less than 5 minutes amd fixed the TV. '

'2 nights. First night was in a remodeled handicap room. Nice. Night 2 was in a non renovated room that had luke warm water. At 8:30 at night and 5:30 the next morning. So that sucked. The desk clerk was very pleasant and personable and efficient!'

'Nice, clean hotel with a good breakfast and good sized room. Only thing I didn’t like was the friendlyness of the staff. I think they got out on the wrong side of the bed or something. No nice welcome or explanation where to find everything, she just gave me my roomcard and that’s it. Not what I am used to by a Choice hotel.'
