'For the price and the area the property is a good deal. Property is run down but still clean. Staff was quick and friendly.
It was nice to have the casino attached to the property, cheap, strong drinks and good slots. The hotel is secured from the casino with room key activated entry.
The area has homeless around, but was no issue. '
'Such a great place to stay. The rooms were big with a fridge and microwave, the beds were very comfortable, and the pool was perfect temperature. While the hotel does not have a restaurant in site, you have many dining options just a few steps away. This will be the only place I stay from now on in Reno. '

"Staff speaks poor English. You will not get any help with the luggage. They saw at check in that we are not young and yet they gave a room on the other side of the building. We couldn’t find our room and the man who took us to the room didn’t help us with the heavy luggage. After I recovered from an asthma attack we wanted to go downstairs and hat to a descend dangerous stairs from which caused me to fell and bruise my ribs. Someone from housekeeping saw it and walked on. We were used to the service of the Venetian in Las Vegas but the service of the Peppermill is far from good. Never again"
