'The Potter suite that I was staying in had the most beautiful view on the lake and the mountains. My comfortable room was being cleaned every day. I can also recommend the bathtub in which I took very relaxing baths. The staff is friendly and accommodated to all of our needs and were overall just very helpful. 'The rooms were so dirty, Its like entering a once verry nice house. But the moment you enter the room it smells duff and diguisting. The rooms are weird when you enter you immidiatly go down a bunch of stairs. The bathroom looks like it hasnt been cleaned in centuries and the tiles of the floor are lose. My bed had a blood stain from someone on the blanket witch was disguisting. Dont recommend staying here unless you absolutely have to!!! Personel was nice tho'
