'Room was clean and bed very comfortable. Booked a Junior Suite and the view of the mountains from the top floor was amazing - especially sunrise. Staff were very friendly and efficient. Great choice for buffet breakfast, lunch in the bar lounge and evening meal.'

'The rooms were so dirty, Its like entering a once verry nice house. But the moment you enter the room it smells duff and diguisting. The rooms are weird when you enter you immidiatly go down a bunch of stairs. The bathroom looks like it hasnt been cleaned in centuries and the tiles of the floor are lose. My bed had a blood stain from someone on the blanket witch was disguisting. Dont recommend staying here unless you absolutely have to!!! Personel was nice tho'

'Unfortunately our booked apartment accommodation was unavailable due to a gas leak. However, we were moved to a nice double room and given free breakfast to make up for this. We were also offered 50 % of dinner but the available dining slots were extremely limited so couldn't use that. It was a very comfy hotel, with a great shower, a pleasant mile walk to Keswick. I'd definitely stay again'
