'You need better signage outside for the parking garage, just says public parking. It is not clearly marked and should say "Enter here for Marriott Parking". Also, on level C there is no clear indication as to where the entrance into the Marriott is located. Should have a big sign and arrow pointing to the entrance, that says "ENTRANCE TO MARRIOTT" . 'Valerie at the front desk and who checked me in was above and beyond in customer service. She checked to see if I had a IGH account—which I did but had forgotten, and reminded me about the points and promotions. This Holiday Inn is a well managed property. Thank you'
