Eerste hotel waar ze het fooi probleem voor de kamermeisjes goed hebben opgelost; er ligt een envelop waar je geld in kan doen voor het kamermeisje op naam dat je kamer heeft schoongemaakt; je geeft het envelopje vervolgens aan de receptie af die er voor zorgt dat het geld bij het betreffende kamermeisje terecht komt. Zeer uitgebreid en goed verzorgd ontbijt. Jammer dat de kamers wat gehorig waren; wij konden het telefoongesprek van de man in de kamer...

'The room smelled like the air conditioner filter had never been changed. The shower curtain bottom was sopped with water. The carpet was covered in debris. The television didn’t work. The nightstand lamp didn’t work and the desk lamp was missing a bulb. The window blinds were covered in filth. It was really bad.'

'I needed to leave after checking in because they lost power and there was no running water, and no electricity/no air conditioning, and it was 90 degrees out. I want a refund.'

'My grampa/mom/dad had to leave their trip a weeks early and because no one told me I had to call within 24 hours I lost thousands of dollars. I will be posting all about it-very disappointed!!'

'They have an onsite gym but it doesn’t open until 8am, so wasn’t able to access it before leaving for work commitments. Breakfast was the low point, pretty greasy and unappetizing. Nowhere to sit even if the table were unoccupied as they were so sticky and dirty. The rest of the hotel was spotless so it was a little surprising. Rooms are clean and spacious. Overall good experience.'

'We stayed overnight in a king suite. It was very well-equipped and spacious and we wished we were staying longer. The staff are very friendly and the location is great - near a grocery store and great specialty market, restaurants, and a short drive to Tanglewood and other attractions. We didn’t use the resort amenities, but will check them out next time!'

'Water leak caused water to be shut off during the night. We were told they were waiting for maintenance to come in at 8:30 am. No showers, no toilets, no sense of urgency from the staff. TV barely functioned. Not the first time we've experienced this at this hotel in the past year. We were told the problem would be addressed but clearly that was lip service. Rethinking using this hotel on our periodic trips in the future. No offer of a discount or credit on a future stay.'
