Vind je ideale hotel in Western Massachusetts

'Heel goed hotel. Management was heel goed. Eerste hotel waar ze het fooi probleem voor de kamermeisjes goed hebben opgelost; er ligt een envelop waar je geld in kan doen voor het kamermeisje op naam dat je kamer heeft schoongemaakt; je geeft het envelopje vervolgens aan de receptie af die er voor zorgt dat het geld bij het betreffende kamermeisje terecht komt. Zeer uitgebreid en goed verzorgd ontbijt. Jammer dat de kamers wat gehorig waren; wij konden het telefoongesprek van de man in de kamer...

'It's a beautiful, traditional Inn, without modern amenities. Unlike some Inn's, you still feel like you have your own personal space, but yet it's still cozy. I felt like I walked into an episode of Gilmore Girls. It was wonderful. A must if you're in the area.'

'It’s pretty rare for a hotel to check all of the boxes for me but this one did. Check in was friendly and efficient , room was very clean , common areas , and all areas of the hotel for that matter were clean. Was quiet , pool was heated and clean as well as hot tub. I was the only one in there the times I went which was very pleasant . Gym was clean as well. Location is right next to everything but also tucked away so you don’t that any of the main road noises. Bed was comfy. Only suggestion...

'All was good except that the room above us decided to do a 5k in their room starting at 05:00 AM. This wasn’t the hotel’s fault, but was their fault was the condition of the floors. Beyond the stomping, the floors creaked! We arrived late at night needing sleep before a long day of driving. We got almost none because of the noise.'

'This is an excellent, all around lovely hotel. The room was very clean and spacious. The staff is super helpful and friendly. There is a great breakfast with a range of items -- I am vegetarian and there were many choices -- including chickpea salad! I stayed here twice this year -- it is now my favorite place to stay. I have not been able to try the restaurant -- because it has always been booked -- looking forward to my next visit to check it out. The spa services in the hotel are...

'We loved the property. The only issue is that being on the 2nd floor we could hear everyone walking above us. Otherwise the cleanliness of the room and the hotel was great. The kitchen was fantastic as well - it had everything you would expect. We didn't have a lot of interaction with staff but for what we did have interactions were appropriate and sufficient.'

'The place was fine--I don't demand much of a hotel. It is basically a place to sleep. However, more discerning travelers might have been upset by the fact that the supplemental door lock didn't work, one of the shelves in the closed was broken and the one day out of four that we had maid service, they seemed to only half finish the job. They may be very short of staff.'
