'Heel goed hotel. Management was heel goed. Eerste hotel waar ze het fooi probleem voor de kamermeisjes goed hebben opgelost; er ligt een envelop waar je geld in kan doen voor het kamermeisje op naam dat je kamer heeft schoongemaakt; je geeft het envelopje vervolgens aan de receptie af die er voor zorgt dat het geld bij het betreffende kamermeisje terecht komt. Zeer uitgebreid en goed verzorgd ontbijt. Jammer dat de kamers wat gehorig waren; wij konden het telefoongesprek van de man in de kamer...

'The room smelled like the air conditioner filter had never been changed. The shower curtain bottom was sopped with water. The carpet was covered in debris. The television didn’t work. The nightstand lamp didn’t work and the desk lamp was missing a bulb. The window blinds were covered in filth. It was really bad.'

'This has been a long time stop for us. It has always been a perfect location. The hotel is right at the base of Monument Mountain and it is truly breathtaking to see it out your window.'

'My grampa/mom/dad had to leave their trip a weeks early and because no one told me I had to call within 24 hours I lost thousands of dollars. I will be posting all about it-very disappointed!!'

'They have an onsite gym but it doesn’t open until 8am, so wasn’t able to access it before leaving for work commitments. Breakfast was the low point, pretty greasy and unappetizing. Nowhere to sit even if the table were unoccupied as they were so sticky and dirty. The rest of the hotel was spotless so it was a little surprising. Rooms are clean and spacious. Overall good experience.'

'The hotel was nice, full kitchen and quiet large for our family of four. We had a one bedroom suite, tucked into a corner of the hotel. Location was quiet, on the main floor. Pool and hot tub were nice. The sofa bed was not comfortable, at all. It would be worth the hotel replacing the sofa bed, as we could not sleep well at all and that is an important consideration for returning! One interesting thing that has nothing to do with the staff is that most of the other guests were older...

'A delightful stay at this beautiful, well-kept historic inn! The room and common areas were beautifully furnished and the cleanliness and amenities were comforting. The staff were knowledgeable, gracious, and helpful. We’ll be back!'

'Nice little place, clean and ok breakfast - nothing hot. Just thought a little expense. $600 for 2 nights. I realize a lot was happening in the area so maybe why it cost that much.'

'Water leak caused water to be shut off during the night. We were told they were waiting for maintenance to come in at 8:30 am. No showers, no toilets, no sense of urgency from the staff. TV barely functioned. Not the first time we've experienced this at this hotel in the past year. We were told the problem would be addressed but clearly that was lip service. Rethinking using this hotel on our periodic trips in the future. No offer of a discount or credit on a future stay.'
