Eerste hotel waar ze het fooi probleem voor de kamermeisjes goed hebben opgelost; er ligt een envelop waar je geld in kan doen voor het kamermeisje op naam dat je kamer heeft schoongemaakt; je geeft het envelopje vervolgens aan de receptie af die er voor zorgt dat het geld bij het betreffende kamermeisje terecht komt. Zeer uitgebreid en goed verzorgd ontbijt. Jammer dat de kamers wat gehorig waren; wij konden het telefoongesprek van de man in de kamer...

'My family and I stayed here while visiting family in Monson. It was very convenient and safe. We were greeted with smiling faces upon our arrival. The staff were very accommodating and such a joy to interact with. The rooms were very clean and spacious. The breakfast was served hot every morning with a variety of options for my hungry teens. The pool was great on a couple rainy days. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this particular location based on the staff alone....

'The parking situation was unacceptable when we arrived. The garage was closed and the lady preventing people from entering was very unhelpful. As an out of town visitor, I had no idea where she expected me to park. I had bags and I was told to park in the circle to drop them off. It was still quite a walk with my bags to the hotel. The front desk staff was sympathetic but had no reach solution other than to park in lots 25 or 12. That was a long walk away and I was beyond frustrated by this...

The property is charming, with beautifully designed rooms and a cozy, inviting lobby. The rooms are stocked with Santal products, which is a nice touch. Upon check-in, guests are offered fresh water and tea, making you feel welcome right away. The hotel also has its own restaurant and bar, both of which stay open fairly late. One...

'The view was great. It is in 10 to 30 minutes of places I wanted to visit. The staff went out of their way to accommodate me with the personal items I needed. I didn't need to use the Kayaks or pontoon that they rent to use on Lake Laural. The only drawback is no beach.'
