'Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Alles werkend en aanwezig op de kamer. Ontbijt prima ,schoon. Voorzieningen in de buurt aanwezig. Aanrader!'

'Friendly staff and unique, nice things like real dishware at breakfast and some unusual options at breakfast such as avocado and a variety of toppings for avocado toast. Also, very good coffee which was also a lovely find. Be aware, though, that The Ellery is a motel and is somewhat upscale but not upscale enough for the price. Bathrooms are tiny and there's no place to hang towels. In general, not enough light in the room. Our air conditioner made noise and, while we could finally sleep through...

'We really enjoyed our stay here! The room was very comfortable and clean with ample outlets and ports for device charging. Elevators make the multiple levels of the building easily accessed. Especially fabulous features are the inn's restaurant (featuring delicious and beautifully presented food that we sampled for dinner and breakfast) along with their full bar and excellent wine offerings.'

'Heel goed hotel. Management was heel goed. Eerste hotel waar ze het fooi probleem voor de kamermeisjes goed hebben opgelost; er ligt een envelop waar je geld in kan doen voor het kamermeisje op naam dat je kamer heeft schoongemaakt; je geeft het envelopje vervolgens aan de receptie af die er voor zorgt dat het geld bij het betreffende kamermeisje terecht komt. Zeer uitgebreid en goed verzorgd ontbijt. Jammer dat de kamers wat gehorig waren; wij konden het telefoongesprek van de man in de kamer...

'They were so nice. The room was comfortable and quaint. It was great to have a mini fridge and kuerig coffee maker in the room. We can’t wait to stay there again!'

'The room smelled like the air conditioner filter had never been changed. The shower curtain bottom was sopped with water. The carpet was covered in debris. The television didn’t work. The nightstand lamp didn’t work and the desk lamp was missing a bulb. The window blinds were covered in filth. It was really bad.'

'I usually stay here and yes staff are nice and rooms are decent but I’ve seen a decline in amenities. Maybe the expense of things - bathrobe in room, water and snacks were what I was used to seeing .in the room.'

'The room was attractive and clean - and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The room was also fairly inexpensive and a quick drive into Lenox. All the rooms were full suites with kitchens and living rooms. This was nice, but we didn't really need the kitchen and would have preferred an on-site restaurant for breakfast. Still, the super friendly staff directed us to the nearby Electra's cafe which had the best French toast I have ever eaten. We would definitely stay there again.'

'One of the reasons that I stay at Hampton Inn is because the beds are so incredibly comfortable, and this visit didn't disappoint. But, what stood out about this Hampton Inn was the breakfast. It was amazing! It was seasoned, there was a variety of food, each day, and it was perfectly prepared and executed. The staff was helpful and even brought out almond milk for my daughter. Another big plus was that the staff were all very friendly and helpful.'
