'Heel goed hotel. Management was heel goed. Eerste hotel waar ze het fooi probleem voor de kamermeisjes goed hebben opgelost; er ligt een envelop waar je geld in kan doen voor het kamermeisje op naam dat je kamer heeft schoongemaakt; je geeft het envelopje vervolgens aan de receptie af die er voor zorgt dat het geld bij het betreffende kamermeisje terecht komt. Zeer uitgebreid en goed verzorgd ontbijt. Jammer dat de kamers wat gehorig waren; wij konden het telefoongesprek van de man in de kamer...

'This Quality Inn was an excellent value for the price tier. Nothing fancy about the main operation but maintenance and cleanliness were excellent and desk manager was friendly and helpful with info about the area. The complimentary breakfast was considerably above the average for this amenity, with a buffet including freshly made scrambles and hard-boiled eggs, sausage and above-average bread for toasting as well as coffee and a selection of juices. We would definitely return to this motel...

'Loved my stay here! The staff is friendly and helpful and the property is clean, comfortable and nicely appointed with a small bar and dining area. My room was spotless with an updated and spacious bathroom. The bed and linens were comfortable and there was a cozy reading chair as well. I loved the thoughtful decorative nods to the Berkshires and its history throughout. My only suggestion would be an adjustable desk chair as it was pretty low.'

'The best thing about this property is the location, meaning it’s close to Smith College and a nice walk to downtown (if you don’t mind a relatively long hilly walk, which I like). The room was clean and the bed was comfortable, and it was quiet. The negatives were a somewhat absent and disinterested staff, a lingering smell (unpleasant) throughout the hotel (I opened the windows in our room to alleviate the smell), and the overall tired look of the facility - cracks in the ceiling, peeling...

'Check in took forever. Could not get into the hotel in evening, think they only had us for 1 night instead of 2. Room was not made up at all when we got back at night.'

'Main problem I had was the people staying up stairs over Me was the stomping when walked all night. Had problem sleeping with me noise. I even went up stairs and asked if they could normal and the answer I got waz to mind my own business. When I come back I want a third floor room.'
