'Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Alles werkend en aanwezig op de kamer. Ontbijt prima ,schoon. Voorzieningen in de buurt aanwezig. Aanrader!'

'If Expedia got me check in instructions like they were supposed to this trip would have been flawless. Office hours are short but when I called it was answered immediately and I was able to check in without any problems. This was an amazing stay especially when horse showing at 3 county fair grounds.'

'We really enjoyed our stay here! The room was very comfortable and clean with ample outlets and ports for device charging. Elevators make the multiple levels of the building easily accessed. Especially fabulous features are the inn's restaurant (featuring delicious and beautifully presented food that we sampled for dinner and breakfast) along with their full bar and excellent wine offerings.'

'Heel goed hotel. Management was heel goed. Eerste hotel waar ze het fooi probleem voor de kamermeisjes goed hebben opgelost; er ligt een envelop waar je geld in kan doen voor het kamermeisje op naam dat je kamer heeft schoongemaakt; je geeft het envelopje vervolgens aan de receptie af die er voor zorgt dat het geld bij het betreffende kamermeisje terecht komt. Zeer uitgebreid en goed verzorgd ontbijt. Jammer dat de kamers wat gehorig waren; wij konden het telefoongesprek van de man in de kamer...

'They were so nice. The room was comfortable and quaint. It was great to have a mini fridge and kuerig coffee maker in the room. We can’t wait to stay there again!'

'The room had a strong smell of cigarette smoke, which was unexpected since the hotel is advertised as smoke-free. Additionally, both the bathtub and the sink were clogged, making the stay less comfortable than expected.'

'I usually stay here and yes staff are nice and rooms are decent but I’ve seen a decline in amenities. Maybe the expense of things - bathrobe in room, water and snacks were what I was used to seeing .in the room.'

'We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The rooms are spacious and beautifully furnished, and having a stove and refrigerator along with a separate living/dining room was a definite plus. The 24/7 coffee and hot chocolate machine in the lobby was another perk, as were the hot tub and large (albeit shallow) pool. The setting is lovely, in a wooded area off from the road and in a convenient location to all of the sites. We visited Stockbridge, Lee, Lenox, Great Barrington, North Adams, Williamstown, and...

'One of the reasons that I stay at Hampton Inn is because the beds are so incredibly comfortable, and this visit didn't disappoint. But, what stood out about this Hampton Inn was the breakfast. It was amazing! It was seasoned, there was a variety of food, each day, and it was perfectly prepared and executed. The staff was helpful and even brought out almond milk for my daughter. Another big plus was that the staff were all very friendly and helpful.'
