'Adorable place, very clean and well stocked. It was in a great location and had great natural light. I was nervous about what upstairs sounds we might hear but it was not a problem during our stay. We occasionally heard some light steps or muffled voices but nothing that was problematic at all. Would love to stay here again the next time we visit the area.'

'Great stay with our dog while visiting family nearby. Safe and beautiful neighborhood convenient to Evanston, Skokie, Chicago and surrounding areas. The apartment was clean and comfortable for our needs. Note that it is a basement apartment in a shared building, so you may hear others coming and going at any hour. We would stay here again in the future.'

'Our family is spread over the Chicagoland area and this was a very central location to Downtown and various burbs for us. Property is well kept. Minor upkeep needs did not overshadow the great layout, condition, and comfort of this home. The rooms were comfortable, and we loved both the basement rec area and the outdoor patio. The fenced in back yard was a HUGE bonus for our dogs. And above all, the owners were AMAZINGLY responsive and helpful. We will definitely seek out this property next time...
