'We were in town for our son’s wedding and this was the perfect location for our group. Apartment was as advertised and the host was very responsive and helpful. The rooftop provided a perfect place for some pre-wedding groom/best man photos as well.'

'This was our second time booking and our experience was as great as the first time. It is a convenient location to many areas around Ukraine Village. Love the space and immaculate condo. As a suggestion if you enjoy cooking bring your own spices and oil. They have everything in reference to dish ware, knives, pots/pans and glasses/cups. It was my birthday weekend and the host had a special gift for me. Very thoughtful!'

'Relaxing, quiet and clean neighborhood. Love the retro decor. Kitchen is well equipped for those that might want to cook. A few branches were down in backyard, furniture wasn't set out yet such as outdoor dining table and chairs or gazebo, but overall property was in good condition. 'This home was very Beautiful and More Spacious than expected with a Beautiful back yard that we sadly didn’t get to enjoy because of the rain. The house location was great with A lot of stores and restaurants nearby. Next time we have a Family gathering I definitely will be rebooking'

'Kim’s place is in a quiet neighborhood, just a couple blocks from the Roscoe Village shops and restaurants. It was also an easy 20 minute walk from shops and restaurants in the Southport area and a 30 minute walk from Wrigley Field. We had no problems parking on the street throughout our stay. If you enjoy Cubs games and a variety of restaurants and shops, all within walking distance…then this is the place for you!'

'We booked this apartment for a quick trip and it is just as pictured. They had so many little extras in the bathroom, just in case you forgot something! I felt horrible for the tenant under due to our heavy footed children!'

'We enjoyed our stay. We were out exploring the city for the whole weekend so we didn’t spend a lot of time actually on-site. But it was a convenient location to all the things we wanted to do. It was also great for a place to crash at the end of the days. This is a great place to operate out of especially for groups! I would recommend it.'

'Great unit! Spacious and clean. We were able to have the best family mini vacay sharing tons of laughs and memories. I believe it is family owned, which is a bonus for us. We even crossed paths with the grandmother who was very kind and accommodating. The only downside was that the neighborhood looked a bit rough in the harsh light of day. However, we only encountered polite neighbors and an adorable doggo next door.'

'This place was great. So much space, it was clean and super quiet area. It was close to everything we needed and our host responded within minutes of request. If you have kids tons of space with pool. We travel year round coast to coast for lacrosse tournaments using vrbo. This house by far one of the best. We will be back!'

'The home was very comfortable - it was modern and the beds were good. Unfortunately the repairs to make it rentable were not high quality. The bathroom sink in the half bath was leaking when we arrived. The door frame of the basement bathroom had fallen off & was lying on the floor when we arrived. The shower door in the upstairs bathroom would not stay on the track. However , none of these problems would deter me from renting again. They were just inconveniences.'

'The manager had unbelievable communication. He has his phone with him constantly and responds immediately. It's a good walking neighborhood lots of sidewalks and pleasant surroundings. The condo itself is exceptionally clean. For the price in that neighborhood it is a very good value.'

'Great location with two master suites with king beds. Breakfast buffet was good. Next time I will request first floor as there is no elevator.'

'Our team had a one day conference in Chicago. Although it was near the highway it wasn't very loud. Decent neighborhood and the good part is that it was near the highway. Lower level bed is uncomfortable, no other way to say that. I still give it 5-stars as it is as advertised. Communication with owner was timely.'
