'The rooms are worn and outdated. Some of the staff are not knowledgeable about simple processes. It takes longer than usual to check in and check out. Although the property is clean, it felt like I should have gotten more for the money I spent and in comparison to other Marriott hotel stays.'

'I chose this hotel after my first year staying at Red Roof Inn. Although it is a bit more, you have a decent hotel when staying in Aberdeen. Next time, when I go to Aberdeen, this hotel is my first option. A little suggestion, there are some bars and restaurants around, it would be great to have a bar where people can hang out after a convention'

'Extremely disappointed with my stay. The front desk staff was hostile, particularly towards children and seniors; they completely lacked empathy and professionalism.
