'The rooms are worn and outdated. Some of the staff are not knowledgeable about simple processes. It takes longer than usual to check in and check out. Although the property is clean, it felt like I should have gotten more for the money I spent and in comparison to other Marriott hotel stays.'

'Lovely walk in shower and the desk staff was wonderful. Breakfast is not worth the money-eggs are watered down. Generic sausage was like cardboard, frozen hotcakes were ice cold when just brought out by the kitchen. Coffee was good.'

'Clean room, good shower, comfortable bed. Amenities were severely lacking. Casino was a joke, and not many other things to do other than eat and drink. No real beach or place to sit by the water, just the dock. Overpriced drinks and food. Surrounding area is not visitor friendly. Might as well own property there, don’t go to visit.'

'My Family and I had a great time. The staff was excellent. Dwayne, the chef was awesome. He was very pleasant and helpful. The food was delicious- breakfast and dinner. We appreciated food cooked to order... Plus we enjoyed talking with Dwayne. We always look forward to seeing him whenever we book at Hilton Gardens Solomons.'

'We checked in on July 3, 2026. Shortly after arrival, we took the elevator and immediately noticed there was no air conditioning. The elevator also became stuck and began trembling, which was very frightening. We repeatedly pressed the buttons to open the doors before they finally released. When we reached our floor, the hallway was also without air conditioning. Upon entering the room, it was clear that it had not been properly cleaned and the bed was not fully made or properly dressed. Due...

'Turkey bacon is not bacon, the only thing that was wrong with the stay. I am not sure if this was normal, but please use real bacon, otherwise Home 2 is definitely in my top 5 places to stay. Fireplace was an amazing touch.'
