'The hotel smelt clean and looked clean. Breakfast smelled extremely good. Even though I did not eat. It. Filled the hotel with waffle and syrup smell. The front desk people were nice. The room smelled very clean and looked very clean. The pool was nice and warm but the pool room was cold. But it was cold outside and they had the windows open'

'The rooms are rather old and in need of a refurb: blinds on window (in two separate rooms) did not work, and in both rooms the safe was broken. I had to ask on three separate occasions to have house keeping clean the room and replace towels etc. House keeping eventually cleaned my room on the 4th day, despite the first request on day 2. This is not a low cost hotel, and I expected better. I would not stay here again'

'The shuttle was great...pickup from rental car facility and offered to take us to where we wanted to eat. The only complaint is that I assume the TV in the lobby was on all night and we could hear it in our room, which didn't allow us to get a lot of sleep. Maybe turning it down a bit would have helped. I thought it was another person's room but I don't think so. Loud enough to hear from 10:30 till we got up at 4 am'
